Front Office Executive
- Answers all incoming calls on a daily basis and transfer the same to different departments as and when needed.
- Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or over the phone, answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Printing & Scanning docs as per staff requirement
