Project Manager – Interior Fit Out Experience

Job Description:

Site Execution:
– Manage the interior fit-out works for different sites, including decor & MEP works
– Manage site execution from mobilization to handover
– Distribute the company labours to the different projects, according to project requirements.
– Instruct and guide site supervisors for all site execution works
– Order and follow up with procurement for site material orders

Communication:
– Coordinate with client/ designers to finalize execution details.
– Conduct site meetings with client/ designers
– Handover

Key Skills and Experiences:

Able to communicate with external parties (Clients, designers, mall management etc.)
– Strong experience and understanding of interior decor & MEP works.

Qualification:  

Bachelor in Architecture/ Civil Engineering

Experience: 

  • interior fit out: 4 years (Preferred)
  • MEP: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Project Management: 5 years (Preferred)
