Project Manager – Interior Fit Out Experience

Job Description: Site Execution: - Manage the interior fit-out works for different sites, including decor & MEP works - Manage site execution from mobilization to handover - Distribute the company labours to the different projects, according to project requirements. - Instruct and guide site supervisors for all site execution works - Order and follow up with procurement for site material orders Communication: - Coordinate with client/ designers to finalize execution details. - Conduct site meetings with client/ designers - Handover Key Skills and Experiences: Able to communicate with external parties (Clients, designers, mall management etc.) - Strong experience and understanding of interior decor & MEP works.
